Can login using test.php but not via Support suite

Description
Hi, thanks for your great add-on. I just wanted t check if you have heard of this issue before. I'm integrating the support suite (clients only) to my Interspire Shop. I have edited the config.php and used the test.php to test the installation. Everything works correctly. But even after I have made the changes on my support suite to use loginshare (with the correct url I used in the test) it does not want to authenticate. Just say email or password incorrect. Is there maybe something I'm missing? I'm using the latest version of the support suite v.4.52.2234 and Interspire 6.1.1
Any ideas or recommendation. I check my error log files on Apache but did not see anything giving me any help)
