Custom Notification Messages

thanks for this great modification ( which should be a core feature )

Feature-Request:
is it possible to include the cc-list into the notification array, so that a list of all cc-emails can be included into the notification? When sending staff notifications it would be helpful to know who besides the sender will get the response in cc, before replying to the notification in the email client
My PHP skills are rather limited, the ticket class seems to have a "GetCCUserEMail" public function, returning an array of cc emails?
