| 7 | 1 | This system creates a new Kayako user when they first login. The user will be taken to their My Profile area also when they first login where they can adjust anything which might be a issue. |

| 11 | 1 | It important to note that if a user is deleted, disabled, or moved to a different group in AD you must then make those changes in Kayako. However a deleted or disabled AD user cannot login to Kayako but their account will remain. |
