This module will allow for increased efficiency and comfort while working in your Kayako helpdesk. With it, you can preview images attached to a ticket by simply hovering over the file names. Also, when inside a ticket, you will get an additional section containing all the files attached to the ticket. Just tick the ones you need to download or use Select All to download all of the attachments as a single .zip archive.

The module's features allow you to:

Attach files to the ticket without adding a ticket post
Add a description to an attachment
Delete an attachment
Download attachments as a ZIP archive
Show a preview of images
Work with both types of attachments (files system and database attachments)
