Description

I've followed instructions precisely but SMS notifications aren't being sent. There's also nothing out-of-the-ordinary in logs and Clickatell doesn't register usage of my trial credits. What I did:

  1. Registered for a dev account with Clickatell
  2. Entered 7-digit API ID, username and password into sms_api.php and put it in the webroot (var/www/support_test)
  3. Backed-up /var/www/support_test/__apps/tickets/library/Notification/class.SWIFT_TicketNotification.php and replaced with the one provided
  4. Created a Notification in the Staff area triggered by "New ticket created" with the email address ""
  5. Checked my user as a full cell number with country code
  6. Created a new ticket
