The ‘Submit a Ticket’ tab will allow your users to submit a support request, while the live chat button lets them initiate a conversation without having to register and login to your Kayako support center.

In addition, users can leave comments on your blog post that your staff can turn into Kayako Tickets seamlessly. The Kayako plugin makes it easy for you to show your users that they are being heard and that their feedback matters.
