The Kayko users are the hotels we support, when creating a new ticket, start typing the name of the hotel (user) and it does not populate or give us a choice to choose from a list of similar named users.. ex. search for Holiday Inn in user field it should allow us to pick from the50 or so Holiday Inn's we have as users.. Then we pick "Holiday Inn - Nowehere, NC" to assign that ticket to that user (hotel).
