Hello,
I have installed the application as per Instructions given in Instructions.txt file but I got following error while browse the cron url can you please assist what would be wrong ?

Hi there,
What version of Kayako are you running? That error suggests the report system can't be found, which is very odd to say the least.
What version of PHP are you using? What version of webserver?

- File class.Controller_Report.php added
Ok, this one is very hard to troubleshot as where its not working is actually calling the reports class, which basically should not be able to fail.
Can you try the file attached here?
If that does not work, I might need access to your webservers ftp to diagnose the issue
