Hi Chris
we have implemented your solution as discribed in your overview. But now we should explane you the statusquo.
We had installed Kayako Fuison 4.6.1 an it is working on a Microsoft IIS w7.5. we has installed your featur in Version 1.0.6 and as well adLDAP_4.0.3. All is implemented as your discription.
We have check the settings in Internet Explorer as well and all is fine. But now when we open the helpdesk tool in the browser (Internet Explorer V. 9.0.8) the login process is strugling and will stay in a login loop. When we access directly to the Link to "ad-ldap-sso.php", this means http://helpdesk/custom/ad-ldap-sso.php, the following error was returned:
AD SSO: Error - No username or no password was received (as you can see in the attached log file)
So now we hope you can help us ind this case, so that we can go on to the next steps.
