I'm getting the following Error :

- Activation of D:\Downloads\Kayako\kayakooutlookaddin.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected: + Downloading http://update.matic-tec.de/kayakooutlookaddin/kayakooutlookaddin.application did not succeed. + The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
