Tickets created via Staff Portal using Send An Email option are not listed in the Ticket Listing in WHMCS.
Steps to replicate:
1. Create a ticket from Kayako Staff Portal using Send an Email Option.
2. This ticket will be visible at Client Support Center of Kayako Help desk.
3. The same ticket is not listed in WHMCS client area.
Workaround: To view the ticket in WHMCS, you need to Update the ticket once under the Edit tab of your Kayako Staff Interface.
