Custom Notification Times

This mod allows you to set custom working hours for each of your notifications within the staff CP.

During specified hours, your email notifications to staff will be sent as normal, out of the specified hours, your notifications will not be sent to staff.

Setup Instructions:

1) Upload the file class.SWIFT_TicketNotification to __Apps\tickets\library\notification ( Make sure to backup your origional file )
2) Configure your notifications within the staff CP.

In the email tab of notifications, in the "Dispatch Email (Custom)" box, enter the custom time in the format StartHour-EndHour@time.local

e.g. 0800-1700@time.local

( In the example above, staff emails will be sent between 0800 and 1700 hours, outside this time, emails to staff will not be sent )

New Features:

It is now possible to reverse the logic by using a - sign, e.g.

0800-1700-@time.local

This makes the notifications only be sent outside of working hours.

It is also possible to link the times to days, e.g.

0800-1700@time.localMonTueWedThuFri

This makes it only email out during office hours mon-fri, and not send out on the weekend.

N.B. Notifications which do not contain any custom times will work as normal and email out all the time.

It is also now possible to add multiple @time.local's to a single notification for complete control of when the notifications are sent.
