Our ITIL module will help you improve the quality of your IT services and satisfaction level of your users.
This module consists of three parts: the Incident management, Problem management and Change management.

With our module you can:
- create a problem and link several incident to it,
- assign incidents to the already existing problem or create a new problem from categorized incidents,
- push the problem through full change management process where CAB team can make decisions.
