Installation Steps :
1. Download and extract the WordPress & Kayako integration files using the link: https://github.com/kayako/wordpress-integration/archive/master.zip kayako.zip file from Files folder.
2. In Unzip it. Place the ‘src/wp-content/plugins’ folder, copy the ‘kayako’ folder and paste it into the ‘wp-content/plugins/’ directory of your WordPress installation. in Wordpress under wp-content/plugins/ folder.
3. Login to admin control panel of your Kayako installation.
4. On Open the menu sidebar, click ‘REST API’ and then ‘Settings’.
5. Next to ‘Enable API’ select the *Yes* radio button.
6. Wordpress Admin Panel. Click the *Update* button to save your changes.
7. Click the ‘API Information’ link on the menu and copy all of the Kayako REST API details.
8. Log into the administrative interface of your WordPress installation.
9. On the menu sidebar, click ‘Plugins’ and then ‘Installed Plugins’.
10. Plugins -> Installed Plugins . You will see a list of every plugin installed on your WordPress site.
11. Search for find the ‘Kayako Kayako for WordPress’ plugin and click *Activate* to enable Wordpress plugin. Please activate the plugin.

12. On the menu sidebar you’ll now see a ‘Kayako’ heading. 4. Click it, and then ‘Kayako Settings’.
13. In on Kayako Settings from submenu. Fill the ‘Access Details’ section, fill in the kayako helpdesk API details you copied from the Kayako admin control panel.

To offer Live Chat support from your WordPress site, you’ll need to create a Live Chat tag to include on 5. Put the page:
15. Go back to the Kayako admin control panel and click ‘Tag Generator’ on the menu sidebar.

18. In the text box labeled ‘Paste the tag generated by Kayako Fusion here:’ paste a code for the Live Chat tag you generated with Kayako and click on *Save Tag*.

23. To 9. You can also post a reply from WordPress wordpress panel by clicking on the specified ticket from list ticket view. You can also update the ticket status and ticket priority simultaneously. You can also view all the replies already associated with that ticket.
