Installation Steps :
1. Download kayako.zip file from Files folder.
2. Unzip it. Place the folder in Wordpress under wp-content/plugins/ folder.
3. Open the Wordpress Admin Panel. Click on the Plugins -> Installed Plugins . You will find the Kayako for Wordpress plugin there. Please activate the plugin.
4. Click on Kayako Settings from submenu. Fill the kayako helpdesk API details accordingly. You can also set the labels for kayako ticket submission form which would further used to display on frontend using short code in Wordpress Posts.
You can also set the visibility of dashboard login panel widget wizard.

5. Put the LiveChat Tag generator code in LiveChat tag settings.
6. You will see a login panel on Wordpress Dashboard for kayako staff users or administrator
7. You can login to kayako helpdesk from above and create a ticket from it.
8. After logged in, You can see a convert to kayako ticket link in the comments section.
9. On clicking over the link, You will see a popup where you can get an option for selecting department, ticketPriority, ticketType in which you want to create a ticket. Select the option of your choice.
10. On successful submission of ticket, you will see a message like :
11. On the other hand, The form which displays on frontend by adding a shortcode in template will look like :
12. The below window displays the kayako tickets in your wordpress panel.
13. You can also post a reply from wordpress panel by clicking on the specified ticket from list ticket view. You can also update the ticket status and ticket priority simultaneously.
14. The ticket post are also mentioned in list with posted on, posted by details .
