# Download Magento module.

# Unzip the contents and follow below process to place directories.

# Copy ‘kayakoApi’ folder from ‘module_kayako/lib’ and paste it in your ‘magento_folder/lib’.

# Copy ‘Kayako’ folder from ‘module_kayako/app/code/community’ and paste it in your ‘magento_folder/app/code/community’.

# Copy ‘Kayako_Client.xml’ from ‘module_kayako/app/etc/modules’ and paste it in your ‘magento_folder/app/etc/modules’.

# Copy ‘client.xml’ from ‘module_kayako/app/design/frontend/default/default/layout’ and paste it in your ‘magento_folder/app/design/frontend/base/default/layout’.

# Module is successfully installed in your magento website. To take effect on website, select and 'Disable' all cache types (under System > Cache Management of Magento Admin panel) and after that ‘Flush Magento Cache’ to clear the existing cache.

# Go to ‘System/Configuration’ in Admin panel of your magento website. Here you can see a tab named ‘KAYAKO CONFIGURATION’. Click on settings link under it.

# In case you see ‘Page not found’ error, after clicking on settings tab, then please logout from your admin panel and try after logging in.

# Go to 'System -> Cache Management' and refresh the cache.

To change the status and priority, select the appropriate value shown in drop down boxes for both status and priority respectively. Once you select the desired value, please click on update to save the updated ticket details.

To follow up with your ticket, you can post your reply for it. Click on *‘Post Reply’* and you will see a message area along with submit button.

Enter your message in given area and click on submit to post your reply.
