Kayako for SugarCRM allows integration of help desk with CRM and allows to

1. View Kayako tickets from SugarCRM.
2. Synchronize SugarCRM Accounts and Leads with Kayako.
3. View list of Opportunities and Leads in Kayako Staff control panel.
4. View Lead details in Kayako Staff control panel.
5. Convert Ticket as a Lead.
6. Convert Lead as Ticket

SugarCRM: 6.5.13 (Community Edition) and above
