Kayako module for SugarCRM allows employees to integrate the Kayako system within the SugarCRM by listing the tickets in SugarCRM.

1.	Download the Kayako module.

2.	Log into the SugarCRM Admin panel and access the *_module loader_* under *_Developer Tools_* section.

3.	Upload the downloaded zip file.

4.	Once the module is uploaded successfully, Install and Commit it. Once successfully installed, it will appeared as follows:

5.	Rebuild the SugarCRM instance, by clicking on* _Quick Repair and Rebuild_* under *_Admin -> Repai_r* section.

** If Kayako panel is not visible in the Admin Panel, then extract the zipped module and copy *_SugarModules/Extension/modules_* folder into sugarcrm’s *_custom/Extension/_* and repeat the step 5.
