*SugarCRM Kayako Module*

Kayako module for SugarCRM allows employees to integrate the Kayako system within the SugarCRM by listing the tickets in SugarCRM.

Installing and configuring SugarCRM app in Kayako

1. Go to Kayako Admin Panel and login with admin credentials.

2. Open *Apps* option and install the *SugarCRM API.*

3. Once the *SugarCRM API* gets installed successfully, open *Settings -> SugarCRM API* and fill the SugarCRM REST API credentials.

4. Execute the *SugarCRMAccountLIsting* and *SugarCRMUserListing* synchronizer.

5. You can view all the Accounts and Contacts synchronized from SugarCRM under Kayako Staff Control Panel *Manage Users* and *Manage Organizations* tab.

6. SugarCRM Opportunity and Leads associated with Accounts can be viewed under *Opportunities* and *Leads* tabs respectively.

7. SugarCRM Leads information can be also viewed under the Ticket View *SugarCRM* tab.

8. You can also convert the view ticket as a SugarCRM Lead by clicking *"Convert to SugarCRM Lead"* under *"General"* tab

9. Once the ticket gets converted as a Lead, it will display generated Lead Id as follows :

10. Once you click the Lead Id link, it will navigate to the SugarCRM page

*Installing and configuring Kayako module in SugarCRM*

1. Download the Kayako module.

2. Log into the SugarCRM Admin panel and access the *_module loader_* under *_Developer Tools_* section.

3. Upload the downloaded zip file.

4. Once the module is uploaded successfully, Install and Commit it. Once successfully installed, it will appeared as follows:

5. Rebuild the SugarCRM instance, by clicking on *_Quick Repair and Rebuild_* under *_Admin -> Repair_* section.

6. After successful rebuild, you will see a Kayako panel in the Admin page. *

7. Fill up the configuration details by clicking *_Credentials_* hyperlink.

8. You can view the configuration settings by clicking on *_Setting Manager_*.

9. For configuring Kayako Tickets in Leads and Contacts module, go to Studio.

Under *_Contacts_* you will find *_Layouts_.*
• Go to *_Layouts->DetailView_*.
• Create a new row.
• Drag and drop the Kayako Tickets Field into tha new row.
• Click *_Save and Deploy_*.

Repeat the steps for Leads too.

10. Your Kayako module has been successfully installed, and ready for use.

You can view the tickets associated with users under Contacts and Leads section.

On clicking the subject, it will navigate to the Kayako Helpdesk where respective actions can be made on the tickets (like Edit, Reply, etc).

Note: * If Kayako panel is not visible in the Admin Panel, then extract the zipped module and copy *_SugarModules/Extension/modules_* folder into sugarcrm’s *_custom/Extension/_* and repeat the step 5.
