Ticket recurrence

Kayako gives you the option to create a recurrence ticket but no option to edit or delete it.
In this version you can delete you're recurrence ticket without going to you're database first

Before you install this in you're kayako installation, please change the settings in config.php
*Version is updated for kayako V4.5 and it's working on my test server
