LANDesk Touchpaper to Kayako SupportSuite Import

This script will import tickets from a MSSQL LANDesk Touchpaper database to a MySQL SupportSuite installation. This was used by us when we converted from TouchPaper back in 2009 to SupportSuite. We have since upgraded our installation to Fusion and no longer have the Touchpaper database however I though this would be useful to post up.

If anyone modifies this script to make it work with Fusion please let me know and I'll post an updated version to this project for everyone to use.
