Hi Mahesh/Ruchi,

Do you plan to develop "Open Support Tickets" list and "Number of Support Tickets" below the Account Overview at client area home?
It would be nice if this feature also available.

i too want to see this! clients reporting they can not see tickets, however its just upon first login to whmcs, it works if they go to support menu > view tickets
