Undefined property: stdClass::$name (./__apps/sugarcrm/cron/class.Controller_SugarCRMFetchUserMinute.php:67)

Trying to get property of non-object (./__apps/sugarcrm/cron/class.Controller_SugarCRMFetchUserMinute.php:67)

Molnar,

check you are using version 4 API in the SugarCRM API URL settings for example:

http://999.999.999.999/sugar/service/v4/rest.php

and that line 67 in class.Controller_SugarCRMFetchUserMinute.php looks like this:

'fullname'           => $value->name_value_list->name->value,

Issue has been resolved in SugarCRM v1.5.

Supported Versions:
Kayako Helpdesk : 4.64 and above
SugarCRM : 6.5.16
