Description

Hello.
I used whmcs integration with kayako 3 without problem.
I upgraded to 4 and tried to install this apps.
However I am facing two problems.

1
when I am going into the client area and trying create tickets, following error encountered:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getId() on a non-object in /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/submitticket.php on line 122

2
when I am going into the client area and trying to list tickets, we are presented with a following error.

Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyHelpers.php:31 Stack trace: #0 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyHelpers.php(31): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('<br />?<b>Fatal...') #1 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyRESTClient.php(202): ky_xml_to_array('<br />?<b>Fatal...') #2 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyRESTClient.php(219): kyRESTClient->processRequest('/Tickets/Ticket', 'GET', Array) #3 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyObjectBase.php(196): kyRESTClient->get('/Tickets/Ticket', Array) #4 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyTicket.php(684): kyObjectBase::getAll(Array) #5 /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/supporttickets.php(85): kyTicket::getAll(Object(kyResultSet), Object(kyResultSet)) #6 /home/xx/public_html/support/supporttickets.php(0): unkn in /home/xx/public_html/support/modules/support/kayako/API/kyHelpers.php on line 31

I already upgraded newest kayako.
Any ideas why could these be happening?

Thanks.

Hello.
I opened ticket IAZ-642-73337
Please check.

We are using whmcs bulit-in system for temporary right now.

Please change to kayako for investigation.

Go to Admin area of WHMCS installation.
Go to Setup > General Settings.
Click on Support tab and select ‘Kayako’ from dropdown of ‘Support Module’.

Thanks.

Hello Akiyuki,

Following are my answers for your queries:-

1. We have updated WHMCS build with feature demanded in [[http://forge.kayako.com/issues/176#note-4]].

2. Yes, this integration needs WHMCS version 5.1.2 and above to work properly.

Thank you,
