Description

Hello,

We use a common ticket system in two different billing whmcs is there a possibility in your module to show only those departments that have set up in the ticket system for each group?

Hello Vitaly,

We used to fetch only Ticket related departments in WHMCS. There is no other criteria to divide departments.

We have the same request as we are using the support portal between 3 different systems and we do not want every department to be visible.

For each "Department" in Kayako we have defined a different user for "Guest (not logged in) user group" and "Registered (logged in) user group" so couldn't the Department feed use this as criteria?

If that is not possible, could we have a setting added to the config.php file so that we could specify the departments that we want to limit the list to?
