No ticket is being displayed.

Description

Hello,

No tickets are being displayed in the client panel. Why could this be happening? ticket is being submitted perfectly.

Hello Jesus,

Have you updated WHMCS build?

If yes, then please check there would be a drop down with a list of departments. And the tickets with selected departments will be available at a time.

Hello, i tried selecting the dept. but still no tickets are being shown.

Also are there going to be tickets diplayed as shown in the screenshot on this version of whmcs?

Hi Jesus,

Thanks for providing the login details. I have checked the tickets page.

The tickets are appearing for selected department, if user has submitted tickets in that department. Please check screenshot attached.

In case of Tickets at home page. Please make sure you have added hook, as mentioned in step 4 in wiki section.

2 More questions.

If no dept. is selected from the dropdown menu, the tickets won't show?

Also, every time i create a ticket through the module, the client is receiving 2 ticket confirmation emails, how can i stop this?

Hi Jesus,

Please find answers of your queries below:

- By default the tickets of default selected department will be shown. So if the selected department does not contain tickets, then no tickets will appear.

- Two confirmation emails sent to client is a reported bug. Please check its fix at [[http://dev.kayako.com/browse/SWIFT-2941]]

BTW i checked and re-uploaded the hooks file but still no tickets are being displayed.

Kindly provide FTP details to cross check the hook issue. You can create ticket at [[https://my.kayako.com]] with required FTP details.
