New version 1.5 errors in Kayako on User and Org records

Description
The new version (1.5) appears to work - I have not been able to see SugarCRM data on the tab within Kayako yet - but do have Kayako data in SugarCRM. The account and contact records have Sync'd from SugarCRM to Kayako
However, this has introduced another issue on the Organization Record Screen and on the User Record Screen. See attached screenshots for details.
(also a suggestion, i've had to change the task job to run every 1 day instead of every 1 hour. Large SugarCRM contact lists negatively affect the performance of Kayako due to the job duration)
P.S. I'm running 4.61.0.4088 of Kayako and SugarCE Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)

I'm also finding that the records pulling into SugarCRM from Kayako are not correct. It appears to be pulling all records into each contact, not just records related to that contact or that account. See screen shots for details.
