Description
Hi Gary, thanks for this awesome plugin, I have only recently added it to our support desk as we have always been using the patch provided by Kayako.
I just wanted to ask, when I upgrade the Support Desk to a newer version (4.68.1 to 4.69), do I first remove the Wysiwyg Editor App and then add it back after the upgrade? Sorry if this information is somewhere but I could not see any info about what to do before and after a Kayako upgrade.
Thanks
Andre

Hi Andre,
the best way is to uninstall the editor, delete the customtweaks folder. Upgrade the helpdesk as normal to 4.69, then upload the latest editor folder, and install it

Hi Gary, completed the upgrade last night and everything is working. I did pick-up an issue in Chrome when creating, forwarding or replying Tickets and then selecting a "Macro" or "Knowledge Base Article" it does not show the text in the Wysiwyg Window. To see the text you have to either click on the "Forward" or "Reply" Kayako Tabs (depending on what process you where busy with) before the text displays.
Maybe you are aware of this. We do not really use the Chrome browser but thought I might highlight this.
Thanks again for the great App!

Hi Andre,
That sounds like old JS cache, in Chrome, delete your temp internet files, and that should clear it.

Hi Gary, just an update, the Chrome browser works perfectly if you clear the cache.
Thanks for your help.
