Hello Amarjeet Kaur,
Can you please add following nice features with the attached implementation in next version?
- Make the plugin faster with the new mode (https://forge.kayako.com/issues/449)
- With the new mode, make jira integration much more customized (thanks to jira fields meta).
- Allow to forward ticket's attachments to jira.
- Allow to set reporter of jiras created by the plugin as the logged kayako staff
- Support additional kayako fields besides external links (which is useful for exporting and reporting in jira system)
- Add service API with ability of integration with Jira web-hook; it consists of two pre-defined workflows: [plan ticket workflow] and [escalation follow-up ticket workflow]
