Hi Gary
I only now noticed it was you that responded to my Forum question, so I though I would log this bug just in case you where not aware of it.
When our ticket responses are received by our Clients they all look correct on most browsers, Mail Clients, except Outlook. It seems that an extra <li>/<ol> item is added to the current list so the response looks very messy. Below is the same example I added on the Forum. Sorry if I'm duplicating the issue here.

This is a known issue when using the tidy module within PHP, make sure to have it disabled with the latest version of CT
