The much anticipated first beta of TweetSupport for Kayako module has been released
With TweetSupport for Kayako, you can use Twitter as a support platform for your customers.
Some of the key features:
- Interact with the customer in an easy ticket-overview like interface
- Replies from and to the customer will be show as a single conversation which makes it easy to keep track
- Send and receive Direct Messages (if the customer follows your account and vice versa)
- Easily promote the conversation to a support ticket if required
Currently, Zend Encoded packages for PHP 5.2 and 5.3 are available.
Please note: The encoded available files will expire on Jun 02, 2012.
