Kayako module for SugarCRM allows employees to integrate the Kayako system within the SugarCRM by listing the tickets in SugarCRM.

1.	Go to Kayako Admin Panel and login with admin credentials.

2.	Open *Apps* option and install the *SugarCRM API.*

Note: *  If Kayako panel is not visible in the Admin Panel, then extract the zipped module and copy *_SugarModules/Extension/modules_* folder into sugarcrm’s *_custom/Extension/_* and repeat the step 5.
