Ticket Post Features

Fully functional with the new sanitize code.

Tidy module detection has been added and will display a warning ( and still display content ) when php tidy is not enabled.
New smart breakline detection engine which now uses an array to assign the smart breakline.

( This means you can add your own smart breaklines! Useful to add alternate language breaklines, along with new custom breaklines )

Fixes issues with ticket posts being blank

Also added a fall back to using old breaklines if the smart processor fails

Fixes issues with fbreak and lost formatting of the message headers.

The mod has been updated for 4.51.1891, but a powerful HTML processer has been added, so ticket post features can now parse HTML based tickets and neaten them up and avoid bad HTML breaking your helpdesks layout. A more powerful and smart breakline processor has been added to automatically breakline most standard email content.

Release 1.4 adds full compatability for Kayako 4.50.1636

The parsed contents ended up being newline to br'd twice, fixed the issue causing this.

This version has extra line breaks added ( btw, feel free to request new breaklines are added in the requested features part of the forge )

Fixed an issue since the new security fix in kayako which was causing double line spacing.

In 986, kayako patched a critical security issue within the post processing system to stop injection attacks.

Ticket post features Release 1.1 is fully compatible with these new security procedures to ensure it's not only functional, but does not reduce or impede the new security checks.
