Hello Dave,

Please enable 'dispay errors' setting in your WHMCS admin panel to get the exact error.

Thank you,

Do you mean "Enable Module Debug" under logging?

Updated by Dave Ross about 12 years ago

If so, I did and there is nothing in the module logs, activity logs, admin, logs, or anyplace I can see....

Updated by Dave Ross about 12 years ago

Don't know if it matters or not but we are running everything over HTTPS....

Hi Dave,

Please got to your WHMCS admin -> Setup -> General Settings.

Under it open 'Other' Tab. Please check 'Display Errors' checkbox to get exact PHP error.

Thank you,

Hello Dave,

The WHMCS issue is resolved at your end.

Please make sure while integrating WHMCS, you follow all instructions available in wiki section.

The issues at your end were:

1. The API URL in config file was wrong.
2. The template folder for WHMCS was not uploaded.

Thank you,
Amarjeet Kaur
