With the "latest" WHMCS-v01.00.02.zip installed
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /var/www/html/modules/support/kayako/knowledgebasecategories.php on line 52
Running Kayako 4.60.0.3971 and WHMCS 5.2.7

Please do these changes in 'Kayako_Helpdesk_Installation/__apps/knowledgebase/api/class.Controller_Article.php'
