Running WHMCS 5.3.6
Kayako FUSION 4.40.1148
Get a 404 error in /var/www/html/includes/classes/WHMCS/Terminus.php on line 0
This happens after you select the department for a ticket and click next.
I'm also seeing errors in the Kayako log...
Uncaught Exception: "api" Interface directory in SWIFT Module "Knowledgebase" does not exist (0) in /(path)/support/__swift/library/Router/class.SWIFT_Router.php:542
Viewing the Knowledgebase in WHMCS shows no articles.
Looking at the home page (when logged in as a user) of WHMCS shows ALL existing tickets. Clicking View Ticket shows 'you do not have permission...'
Do I need to upgrade my Fusion version or is there something else I'm missing?
