Description
If someone - who is nog logged in in Kayako - logs in to Kayako via a direct-link to a view URL of a ticket they are getting an fatal error:Fatal error: Call to a member function GetKey() on a non-object in /var/www/__apps/tickets/staff/class.View_Ticket.php(3661) : eval()'d code on line 41"

Additionally:
If you refresh the ticket page after receiving the error it loads just fine. Seems like there are some issues related to not being logged in.
