Ticket is cut off after ampersand symbol

Hi There,
I've noticed that if an email contains an ampersand (&) symbol, the ticket's content will be cut off at that point. Any text after the ampersand will not be put onto the ticket.

hi,
we also the same problem. the problem appears indepently from a textmail or htmlmail. The text no matters if subject or content of the is cut with & and following text.
