Smart variables not working

Description
We use your editor which I believe should be part of the basic kayako installation. I would also like your addition of smart variables, but they are not substitued,
We use version 2.7 of your app on kayako version on kayako version 4.66.2

Still the same issue.
My replies just contain {{fullname}} iso the replacement. We are still on PHP 5.3.3, so maybe this is causing the issue?

I tested it myself and it is working normally for me. for fullname, it just uses a straight str_replace command, this should work in php 5.3, however, 5.3 is not actually supported for the latest versions of Kayako, so I would highly recommend you upgrade to at least php 5.4
